We offer a 30-day return policy for all orders, ensuring that you have ample time to make your decision. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@graphixfactory.shop with the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • Reason for return.

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and will be completed within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns, so you’ll receive a full refund for the price of the item(s).

4. Exchanges

We understand that sometimes an exchange is necessary. If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you would like to exchange for.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@graphixfactory.shop with your order details and photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

7. Non-Returnable Items
